Windows 10: I can't install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Runtime Package.

I've tried to install this dependence, but I've got an error which says to close these applications:AppUp.IntelGraphicsExperience_1.100.3325.0_x64__8j3eq9eme6ctt Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_1.4.3161.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_120.2212.551.0_x64__cw5n1h2txyewy. 0x80073d02Error code:0x80073D02Is there an solution for this?

Thank you for update and reply.

I suggest you to uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package to check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the exiting Microsoft Visual C++.

a) Press Windows key + x key and select Programs and Features.

b) Right click on the Microsoft Visual C++ and uninstall it.

Step 2: Download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ and install it.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

The Visual C++ Redistributable Packages install run-time components of Visual C++ libraries. These components are required to run C++ applications that are developed using Visual Studio 2015 and link dynamically to Visual C++ libraries. These package
can be used to run such applications on a computer even if it does not have Visual Studio 2015 installed. Different application will use different version required.

I suggest you to refer the link suggested by Yashwanth Kotakuri on February 8, 2016
and perform the troubleshooting steps suggested.

Windows 10 Store Update Apps - all fail when Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Runtime Package

I'm having the same issue. I can see in my System log that it's been happening at each boot since at least April. Right after it successfully installs Microsoft .Net Native Framework Package 1.3, it starts the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Runtime Package
and fails with event ID 20...

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073CF9: Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Runtime Package.

It then cycles through several additional rounds of failures on that component as it also attempts and fails to install other built-in apps...

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073CF9: Get Started.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073CF9: MSN Money.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073CF9: Windows Maps.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073CF9: OneNote.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073CF9: Microsoft Phone Companion.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073CF9: Store.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073CF9: Mail and Calendar.

I've also tried the clean boot with same symptoms. And I'm using a local account.
