Windows 10: I cant install ms store

Discus and support I cant install ms store in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; I recently reset my computer and basically everything broke.     I cant install ms store


    I recently reset my computer and basically everything broke. I finally got it to making accounts and was able to make my account admin. But i cant download ms store because it says i need to connect firewall. But the microsoft defenders app also isnt installed and i cant figure out how to install it i cant even use nvidia control panel. It shows all the apps there but they have a bar like there downloading or installing or something but its been like that for days. please help. I cant even open screen snip to show a screen shot without ms store.

    Uninstalling MS Store apps?

    I uninstalled them (Revo Uninstaller) but in MS Store all the apps are still on the list... with "Install" button next to them. I want to remove them from that list.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
