Windows 10: I can''t install my new Windows 11 in English - I can't evn find a download option for the...

I have newly purchased Windows 11 in ENglish and tried to download it but it prepares to install in Japanese - it does not replace the existing Japanese Windows 11 on my new computer. Need agent to get this done. I had an appointment set up by Chat agent last Tuesday afternoon but no one called. I can't even find a download for the Windows 11 any more or I would try it again.

Can`t install new programs, "Windows Installer" can`t be accessed

Hello there,
since a few days I can`t install new programms on my Windows 11 Pro. The installation will startup, but then there will be the error
"Windows Installer can`t be accessed"
I tried to search online for solutions, but most were for other versions of Windows or didn`t work for me.
msiexec.exe is running and set to manual. I tried closing it and also unregistering and re-registering.
If anyone knows a solution or what could have started it, please help

Windows Installer Issues! Can´t Install Programs on Windows 11.

Did you see my warning under the WIndows Club link in my last post to avoid Restoro which is a PUP? If you'd miss that I wonder what else was missed. Absolute thoroughness is required in these issues, skipping nothing and asking back if you need any help to complete a step. We often find out later that the fix was the skipped step, so please do not skip any. If you need help performing any step I will help.

I would uninstall Restoro ASAP and run System File Checker/DISM in WIndows 11:

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
