Discus and support I can't install new Realtek Bluetooth Drivers because windows ones keep re-appearing in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I'm on a Dell XPS and Windows 10. The default Bluetooth tools don't detect my new wireless headphones, so I've bought a Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter so try...     I can't install new Realtek Bluetooth Drivers because windows ones keep re-appearing


    I'm on a Dell XPS and Windows 10.


    The default Bluetooth tools don't detect my new wireless headphones, so I've bought a Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter so try and solve the issue. However, to install the new drivers, I need to remove/disable the existing ones - such as "Generic Bluetooth Adapter", "Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator" etc.


    However, every time I disable and uninstall via device manager and restart they just re-appear, meaning they interfere with the Bluetek driver installation.

    Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks

    That Realtek Bluetooth driver.

    I cannot install the latest update because of the problem with the driver. The problem is I don't have Realtek Bluetooth. I have a Broadcom usb bluetooth. Have searched everywhere and tried all suggested options but I can't find a Realtek driver.

    So I cannot update!
