    I can't install the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 KB5017308 into my Windows computer.


    I know this is just an optional update, but it keeps reminding me to update my computer to this, I don't know how to make Windows to stop asking me to update this optional update. Every time the installation is finished, it asks me to restart my computer and after restarting my computer there will be percentage showing the download of the update. But after it reaches 100%, it says “We couldn't complete the updates, undoing changes”. This frustrates me because I have done this six times already. I also followed tutorials on YouTube on how to fix this, here's the list:1. https://youtu.be/KwUbUge

    Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

    Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.

    Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

    Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

    V 10.0 build 10240

    Hi, have you seen this?
    Windows 10 KB5017308 cumulative update is causing new issues

    MS is not doing too well with a couple of their latest updates.

    My suggestion: skip this one and hope they respond to the 'needs to do better' on their end of term report.
