Windows 10: I can't install the m audio m-track solo driver

Hi,I recently got a m audio m-track solo to play electric guitar, I downloaded the driver from the website. But when I try to install it, it opens a window of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2012, load halfway and close putting a full stop to the installation. I tried to update the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, no change. I'm looking forward to any help you could give me.Axel

M-AUDIO M-TRACK SOLO IS NOT BEING RECOGNIZED AS A DEVICE

I am having the exact problem that M-Audio M-Track 2x2 Not Recognized by my computer. - Microsoft Community this person is having, I don't know what to do. I've done everything both people have recommended, and nothing seems to work. I am currently using the HP STREAM laptop which i'm assuming is the cause of the problem but i'm just looking for a possible workaround at all. This computer just doesn't want to acknowledge it as a device and i don't know what to do. Appreciate the help, thank you.
