Windows 10: I can't install the .Net Framework 4.8 SDK ndp48-devpack-enu only installs the targeting packs

I have Windows 10 Home 19045.3324.I need to install the .Net 4.8 Framework SDK for a Visual Studio project.netfxrepairtool says it can't fix the problem sends logs to Microsoftndp48-devpack-enu only installs the 4.8 targeting pack and targeting pack ENU, but not the SDK. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work either.My Windows registry apparently thinks the SDK is already installedComputer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full\1033Release = 528372Any ideas?Cheers,Jon

Seriously, are all those installations required? Or are they redundant?

Can I get rid of some of that string of installs?

My unqualified guess is that I should be able to clear out quite of few of them. Am I right?

I was trying to fix a computer problem and my .net framework was broken or something I don't know what exactly however I uninstalled all the .net frameworks I had in my programs list and tried to reinstall it said .net framework 4.6.1 or later is already
installed but when I look in programs list it is not there I did install SDK and got the 4.6.1 SDK and targeting pack but just cannot install the non SDK version.

does anyone know how to fix this. Also I am on windows 10 and before I unistalled framework I did see all the frameworks listed in my programs list so I cannot get the non sdk back only the sdk version
