Windows 10: i cant install the new 24 H" update because of the error 0xca020007. What can i do?

I tried letting windows solving problems for Windows Updates at the settings, but it didnt work, it stops installing at 10% and gives me the error.

• When you say, “my external disc as H:\BACKUP but refuses to give me access to the data” is the data being backed up to an external hard drive or to a CD/DVD?
  
• What is the complete error message that you receive when you try to access the disc?
  
• What is the issue that you are facing with Windows Hello?
