Windows 10: I can't install Windowns hello drive.

I want to set Windowns hello but I can't .

Hard drive/ OS issue

a guy suggested :

• shutdown
• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted
• yay !!

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++2012 in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

Follow these steps to install in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

• Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right-click on the driver’s setup file and click on ‘properties’.
• Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Operating System accordingly from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart
  the computer and check if the issue persists.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
