Windows 10: I can't intall apps of microsoft store because of the error code 0x80070424 and i have the...

For the app store i wanted to download an app but when i clicked on the app it instantly said the is a error with the error code 0x80070424 i tried to check multiple things it didn't work and also when i tried to start back up the Windows Update Service it said that there was the error code 1053

whenever i want to add an account
and choose any of the accounts . it will gave me an Error code: 0x80070424 Mail, People, Calendar



i am tired of reinstalling this no matter how many times i reinstall this
