Windows 10: I cant intsall Java

So every time I try to install Java the file will download but then it wont let me install it just gives me a file and when I click it, it brings me to a blank screen and nothing else. Ive run into this issue with a few other download files but this one im most upset about. The picture below is all that I get when I try to download Java

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Clear caches and cookies of Internet Explorer.

Follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Shift + ctrl + Delete key on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Mark check on cache and cookies and click on Delete button.
  

Step 2: Run Printer troubleshooter.

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select View all on the top left corner.
  
• 
  Click Printer.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

• After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select
  Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings >
