Windows 10: I can't link my phone to my account

Good day! I have a problem of the following nature: I need to link my Microsoft Lumia 650 phone via IMEI to my Microsoft account. However, my IMEI is not recognized. I bought the phone in 2016. I would appreciate your help!

You don't make a new account & try to move your entitlements to it, you change the email address associated with the original account.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."
