Windows 10: I can't log in because of fake failed sign-in attempts

I can't log in to my computer. When I put in my Pin it says I have to wait two hours to log in due to failed sign-in attempts. However I have only tried to log in once. Once I have waited two hours and I can log in, the computer shuts down and I have the same problem and have wait another two hours to log in again. Can you help me fix this please?

2. Add Your Microsoft Account to the App:

   • Choose "Work or school account" or "Personal account" depending on your account type.
     
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to scan a QR code or enter the code manually.
     
3. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
   
   • Sign in to your Microsoft account on the web.
     
   • Navigate to the Security tab and select "Advanced security options" or "Two-step verification" to turn it on.
     
   • Follow the prompts to link your account with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
     
4. Set Up Notifications for Allow/Deny:
   
   • On the "Additional security verification" page, select "Mobile app" as your preferred method.
     
   • Choose "Receive notifications for verification" and follow the setup instructions
     

Once set up, you will receive a notification on your mobile device whenever there is a sign-in attempt. You can then approve or deny the sign-in directly from the notification.

your likkely not going to , so, just deal with your end, and thats about it. Google doesnt log failed log in attempts, so there is no record of it, other than the message. its security worked, just take the steps and your done.

Frequent or repeated sign-in attempts can trigger this issue. When you enter an incorrect password or PIN multiple times, Windows will block your access and assume that someone else is attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system. To resolve this problem, I would suggest keeping your Windows system powered on for a few hours and logging in again.
