Windows 10: I cant log in in my laptop: Outlook, OneDrive and Teams

Hi,I have problem logging in to my work accounts in my laptop. I cant access to OneDrive, Teams or Outlook through the apps, I can do it in the browser.

Outlook and Teams keeps crashing- now affecting OFFICE

Hello Everyone.

For over a month i have been having contact issues with MS outlook app and Teams via MS 365 for office. There are several items to address as nothing seems to fix the issue. NOTE: MY IOS of outlook and teams works seamlessly.

1. Outlook is constantly non responsvie. and I have tried the following:
   
   1. Used the Outlook recovery tools
      
   2. Repaired corrected OST/PST files
      
   3. Deleted and created new profiles
      
   4. CLean repmove and install and updates
      
   5. I have removed all caching from Outlook and still non responsive
      
   6. Latest attempt - unchecked calander integration with teams and still unresponsive
      
   7. I have movedd all OST and PST saving locoal to the PC instead of using Onedive.
      
2. Teams - Constantly lnon responsive. Steps taken almostt daily
   
   1. Continuely delete temp files
      
   2. I have to use web version of teams now.
      
3. ONedrive
   
   1. It seems to lock up as well due to multipple accounts -personal and business.
      

Outlook and Windows setup:

1. To log in, I use my general account to login into Windows using Windows creentials
   
2. I do have mutliple email accounts for segregating companies and businesses.
   
   1. Ooulook tries to loac 2 accounts and these are seperate from teh windows login.
      
   2. Onedriive signs into 2 acocunts and these are seperate from the windows login.
      
   3. Team signs into 1 account and its only related to 1 account for outlook
      
3. For some reason and I dont know why, window constantly asked me to sign in using my wifes acccoutn but he doesnt even have access to the PC.
   
4. I use Bitdefender as my antiviruus and not apps are blocked related to MS OFfice products.
   

This is now starting to effect EXCEL.

Please help as I have not found any information online to fix this. I wast wasted over 100 hours trying to fix the issue and no one else seems to be able to help.

Based on your description, I know your requirement. Please be kindly to use Teams on the web(Log In | Microsoft Teams) to log in your account and check if you can successfully attend the meeting.



If you can successfully attend meeting In Teams on the web, it means there is something wrong with your Teams client. You can try the following suggestions.

1. Log out your account and log in again. Restart your Teams.
   
2. Clear Teams cache. Quit Microsoft Teams if it shows on the status bar>Copy and paste the following location (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams) into File Explorer>Delete contents of the entire folder>Restart Microsoft Teams.
   
3. Uninstall your Teams and Re-install your Teams.
   
4. If your Teams is not the latest, please update to the latest.

Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.
