Windows 10: I can't log in, it says password incorrect. When I click Forgot Password, all I get is A...

I have vision problems so I don't know if I misspelled the password when I first set it or if I just dont remember it. I'm too old for all this. When I click FORGOT PASSWORD, I get a message sating A code has been sent to Microsoft Authenticator. I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS. But I cant get in without this code I don't know how to access. I want to take the password OFF, I have way too much stuff on my computers to lose it now, My legal files, my book, my whole life, LET ME INI HATE using Microsoft anyway, it's ike a terroristic bot controlling everything. you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?

Um, are we talking about a windows password?

Lookup a program called Active Password Changer, its a bootable cd that will remove windows passwords *Smile

If it's a bios password, reset the bios *not so easy with some notebooks*
