Windows 10: i cant log in my pc or resset it to factory settings stuck on new user help

i were unexpectedly logged out from your PC, showing 'new user'; all passwords failed.i attempted to reset my PC to factory settings and use a password reset USB, but both failed. i cant do anything on my pc i cant even reset it to factory settings or resset my password i tried everything i even tried doing things in my bios buy also didnt work its just stuck on new user

problem with resseting to factory settings HELP!! urgent

hi im having trouble resseting to factory settings. when i enter my lock code it says lock code entered incorrectly 5 times. code will unblock in 5 minutes. what does this mean can anyone help..

As per the information that you have provided, I would suggest that you perform the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Follow the steps to enable Built-in Administrator account:

• If on Windows 7 press F8
  upon restart after the manufacturers logo appears. If on Windows 8,8.1 press
  Shift key and then Restart to access Safe Mode.
• Then access command prompt (admin) and type:
  net user administrator /active:yes (To enable Built –in Administrator account give the command Active: No).
• Then press ENTER.

Step 2: Administrator Account.

Log in through the in built admin account, create a new administrator account and check if you can log in. If you are able to log into the new account, deactivate the inbuilt admin account.

I was trying to reset my pc because of the problem of updating windows and when i tried to update it it just suddenly stuck and when i shut it down it bring up star up setting and i tried to reset the pc after all because i could not fix it i tried so many wayand none of them work and now it just stuck in the middle of resseting what should i do now ...
