Windows 10: I can't log in or set up my password

How can I set up my pin and also unlock the wsiaccount

change your password via https://account.microsoft.com/. Here's how:

• Log in your account via
  https://account.microsoft.com/.
• Go to the Security tab.
• Click on CHANGE PASSWORD.
• Change your password.
• Select Save.
