Windows 10: I cant log in or verify that its me after a attack

Ok so ive had somebody go into my account from tunisia then it locked me out after that i had gotten busy for a few days and after multiple times on multiple devices on multiple networks and on different browsers. at this point im giving up ive tried the form with no luck if there is a microsoft employee or some form of staff that can assist me your help with be greatly appreciated you dont know how.heres the error message and btw this is another email im using:Try another verification method That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method.

you should nslookup each one to see whats up with those.

my router logged 2 "dos attacks" like a few days. it was amazon, my ISP and some other place i forgot. strange, but they stopped already
