Windows 10: I can't log in to windows 11.

hello, I had a problem, I wanted to reduce the timings of my RAM, but because of the windows 11 security system, my computer locks up for a long time every time, please help, I don't want to wait many more hours to get everything set up!

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
