Windows 10: i cant log in to windows on my brand new laptop.

i got a brand new laptop as an upgrade. i did the set up process and logged into everything, started downloading games on steam and walked away. it went to sleep. i went to look at progress and now i cant log in. i tried my pin, doesnt work. "your device is offline. try a different sign-in method.". im not offline, i type my password in, and verify my identity, and go to reset my pin. something went wrong, set up your pin later. i click skip and it trys to log in. little spining dots and everything. then i end up back at the log in screen. when it try to hold shift and restart i get the driver

I ran the troubleshoot power option and it said “Display brightness setting is too high”

but it’s a brand new laptop, i should think I could expect the most from it.

I haven’t tried the next steps uou have suggested yet.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
