Windows 10: I can't log in ty o my computer

The password box on the log in screen disappeared and now there is sign in button under my name. When I clicked on that sign in button it prompted me login with Microsoft account i had to create one, which i did. After entering password on the next screen it says create a pin. The only button to press is next so I did. Then it says something went wrong. We weren'table to set up your PIN. Tou can try again, or skip this step and setcup a pin later. When I press retry and it reloads to the same screen. When I press skip for now it takes me back to the first screen with my name and sign in b

a pop up asking if I want to stay on the page or leave it appears. How do I get rid of it?

If your using Internet Explorer then I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

  Open internet Explorer.
  
• 
  Press Alt + T + O + T.
  
• 
  Uncheck the option “Warn me when closing multiple tabs”.

BSOD at least twice a month - uncertain cause

I have run driver verifier with the below settings for >48 hours. There have been no BSOD. Please advise on next steps

• I/O verification
• Force pending I/O requests
• IRP logging
