Windows 10: I can’t log in

    I can’t log in


    Whenever I try to log in on my custom built pc windows gives me the remote procedure call failed error after I put in my pass word. For a temporary fix I boot into safe mode and restart/ refresh the Dcom server process launcher after I go to services.msc
