Windows 10: I can’t log into my computer anymore. Is all my data lost? It literally won’t let me login...

So my computer won’t let me log into it. What happened was I was trying to add new user which I did add but I could never log into. I had a user that I was logging into fine. When I was logged into that one I tried logging into windows in the settings with the same email of the other user email that was setup. Now only the the new user shows up and the one I can get into is completely gone. When I try to log into to the new one I made it says I need a pin which I did setup but I didn’t think it took as if would just spin and go black screen. I can’t been log into windows now at all I just get

Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help?

I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
