Windows 10: I can't log into my laptop after several failed attempts

I forgot my pin earlier so I went multiple failed attempts It locked me out for 2 hrs I managed to get the correct pin later but it wouldn't still work It has been multiple days now whenever I start the laptop it says " you've entered an incorrect pin several times""To try again , enter A1B2C3 below" On entering this it takes me to enter pin again I enter pin and it locks me again I just went through whole process of resetting Microsoft password, I enter that and it still won't work I'm unsure here if pin and Microsoft password are same here and can be used .. regardless both is not working Th

your likkely not going to , so, just deal with your end, and thats about it. Google doesnt log failed log in attempts, so there is no record of it, other than the message. its security worked, just take the steps and your done.

• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
