Windows 10: I can't log into my laptop because I have to wait 2 hours but I've waited way longer than that

So I've messed up a number in my pin once and it locked me out on the first attempt, and now it says "this sign in option is disabled because of failed sign in attempts or repeated shut-downs. Use a different sign in option or keep device powered on for atleasy 2 hours then try again." I can't figure out how to do any other sign in options and I can't wait the 2 hours because my laptop keeps turning its screen black after about 30 seconds then turning off completely a bit after that, I don't have the patience to wait 2 hours making sure it dosnt turn off either. Fully restarting it might be an

I’ve waited 2 hours, why can’t I log back in ?

I’ve tried logging into my computer and it comes up with the message the sign in option is disabled because of failed sign in attempts or repeated shutdowns and to wait 2 hours. I have waited 2 hours and longer yet my computer won’t let me log back in ?

2 Hour Wait Time on Windows 11 HELP!!

I have a 2 hour wait time on my log in page and I would like to know if there is a way to remove that? I have a faulty power supply so I tend to crash every hour or so. Once I load up my PC from it crashing, I put in my password and says I have to wait 2 hours to log in again. The phrase says this happens from unexpected shut downs which I cannot help with the fact I have a faulty power supply that makes my PC crash every hour or so, like i've stated previously. If anyone knows how to remove this or stop it from coming up, please let me know!
