Windows 10: I can’t log into windows

I haven’t been able to login to my computer for the past week. When I load up my computer and I’m about to put the pin in it’s says your pin is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up a new pin again. When I click set up new pin I log in and it says you’ll need internet for this my internet is up and working but when I connect it connect shows it’s working and then it stays connected but says the internet isn’t working. It does the same thing in safe mode. I use this computer for home work PLEASE HELP

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
