Windows 10: I can't login and can't retrieve my account back

Hi,I just created a new mail account for my business.I seem to have forgotten my password but can't retrieve it because the questions asked are for example:- to which email adresses have you sent out mails- what are subjects of mails you have sentBut it was braaaaand new. Haven't done **** with it yet, and so I can't correctly answer those questions. Tried leaving them blank but then I get a reply saying that I did not provide enough information for Microsoft to give me back my account.I created it with my business name in the email address so I really don't want to have to create a new one be

I know the pin but it does not login. I tried the system recovery but it did not work and I hope I didn-t delete anything by doing that.
This problem started because I wanted to change my account name
C:\Users\name\Desktop
C:\Users\name2\Desktop
and I did that by following these istructions
Rename user account folder
and
Advanced User Accounts control panel
the Managing User Account names from Control Panel dind-t work

now I-m in a temporary account I think
here I can find my original username
C:\Users
and then the name I wanted to change it with.

I-m in trouble please help me!!

 

Can´t login in to Xbox-Live error code 0x80190001

I can´t log into my Xbox-Live account. Everytime when I want to play Ark I have to log into my Xbox lIve account. But there´s a error code everytime when I try to login: 0x80190001. I don´t know what to do. I have a good wlan connection. All other Xbox games are working but not ARK.

Please help!
