Windows 10: I cant login because it asks me for a code for an email which i dont have but i cant change...

Hello,I know its dumb but I believe i got hacked because I linked my minecraft account with a link through discord. now I have the problem that first I dont have my first email anymore, it just like vanished and I cant do the recovery tool doesnt work either, it says the email doesnt exist.so then I wanted to login with my second email so I can atleast continue to play minecraft with my friends. but when I start minecraft through xbox I have to login with microsoft. and here comes the real problem. it says I have to input a code to an email which i have never seen before I suspect the scammer

Change user email login


I deleted my old email at live.com and created a new Outlook.com email which I use to login to Microsoft. The old bredband email has been deleted but how do I update the email address aat the login screen to show the new one without creating a new account?
What I am trying to do is where it says my name, email address and password on the login screen is have the new email but cannot figure it out.
I dont want to create a new account as I dont want to lose or mess about with the settings, email, documents etc.

Any idea's?

I dont receive a code on my email

After a Windows update, there were changes in security, so the system removed pin code and asked me to log in my account, after typing the password it requires a code that is sent to my reserve email, which i dont have access (that email is logged on my laptop, but i cant get to it without logging to my account, also i don't remember the name and password to my reserve email) i tried to send a code to my main outlook email(my windows account), but i dont receive it, even though it says that they have sent me the code. I decided to change my reserve email, and it takes 30 days..... I need my laptop for my studies what can i do

 

Windows Login Email

• Go to "Settings" app, then click Accounts
• Click the Link for "login using a local account" and follow the steps through
• Go back to the same place and now link again to the correct/new email address.
