Windows 10: I cant login to Microsoft store error code 0x800704cf

I cant login to Microsoft store it says that "you'll need the internet for this" error code 0x800704cf. I have tried a lot of different ways to solve the problem but nothing works, and no its not that i have network problems because everything else works except this. i just want to play Minecraft.

Ran Network troubleshooter

• Still getting error code 0x800704cf after sleep and hibernate.
  

It would help if there was a way to narrow down which software was triggering this error.

 

getting error 0x800704cf when trying to sign in to Microsoft store on windows 10

I'm getting error 0x800704cf when trying to sign in to Microsoft store and its saying I'm not connected to the internet. Everything else is connecting and I'm able to sign in to Microsoft on the web browser.
I've tried everything on this list How to Fix Microsoft Store Error 0x800704cf - Saint plus more. Any help is appreciated!
