Unwanted account requesting login credentials when startup log into windows

Hi I am getting an account requesting a email and password etc... when I start windows. This account is in my name it is not the admin account and it is not listed under settings (other users) or the control panel. In the email address in the windows login prompt it has the prefix label of my users folder within windows. Its prioritizing itself over the main admin login (my normal windows account). Steps i have already taken- checked login users ( i have no other account listed apart from the main admin account) and i have run netplwiz in cmd - again only the main admin account is appearing.

I would like to fix this- any help would be appreciated.

1. Are you receiving these emails from Microsoft?
   
2. Is your Windows 10 associated with this email account?
   

I would suggest you to login to
http://login.live.com/ with the email account that is deleted to check if you are able to login and if the account is still active under Microsoft.

If you are able to login with your account and you wish to close the Microsoft account, you can follow the steps in this article on ‘How
to close your Microsoft account’ and see if it helps.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
