Windows 10: I can't login to my computer with work account

I have two Microsoft Accounts for 2 different companies. I am phasing out the one company. I am the Global Administrator for both. I am trying to switch the administrator on my own computer from one to the other. It won't let me log in from the Hello Prompt or even add the account under Accounts in settings. It keeps saying, "That work or school account couldn't be found. Check the account name and try again." The Hello Prompt says the account isn't valid or the password is wrong. Which it's not.Yet I am logged in right now in this forum with that information. Never mind all the apps under 365

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

• 
  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

  Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

  Have you installed any language pack?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Account changes in 10586 update

I suggest you to enable the built-in Administrator account by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command line and press Enter.

net user administrator /active: yes

After the command line is complete, restart the system and login to the built-in Administrator account and do the necessary changes to your account. Again, restart your computer and login t your account and disable the built-in Administrator account by following
the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command line and press Enter.

net user administrator /active: no
