Windows 10: I can't login to my laptop

when I open up my laptop and i usually login with my pin it says "something happened and your pin isnt available. Click to set up your PIN again. And when I try click set up my PIN, it says just a moment and loads then it does nothing so if I click it again, it says search for app in the store? "You need to install an app for this task. Would you like to search for on in the store" so I click yes and it doesn't work either. If I try go into the blue screen since this problem only happened when I tried to install radeon amd drivers I made a restore point before hand just in case but I still can

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
