Windows 10: I can't login to my Linx8

I haven't used my Linx8 for a very long time and would like to recycle it. When I attempt to login I get a message saying I'm not online we've changed ISP at least once since I last used the tablet and to enter the last password I used on the tablet. I have no idea what that was and have tried a number of possibilities. The email address that comes up for me on the login page is one I no longer use. Is there any way to get around this? A long shot, I know...

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
