Windows 10: I can't login to my microsoft account through the Minecraft Launcher

Everytime I try to login to my microsoft account through the minecraft launcher, I'm met with a google chrome tab that pops up saying "We're unable to complete your requestserver_error: The contextID supplied in the request did not have a matching cookie".I've tried the resetting the cache and clearing cookies, making sure chrome is updated, etc. I Just purchased a key and redeemed it for minecraft java and bedrock edition and I can't login.

Microsoft Store, Xbox app, and Minecraft Launcher must have the same credentials to avoid getting into login issues. If you're having with the Microsoft Store and Xbox app, let us know.     • If not - Remember the security information you've associated with your account.

Issue signing into Microsoft account on Xbox app and Minecraft launcher

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Your account can be logged in on the official website and Microsoft Store, which means that it is completely fine to log in to the service and account.

You can flow these steps to try solve the issue:

1. Click search on the taskbar, type "services", and click to open the Service App in the search results.
   
2. Search for the services starting with Xbox in the Service list, and make sure they are all enabled.
   
3. Then, please reopen the Xbox app and the Minecraft launcher, and click Login to see if you can enter the account password to log in successfully.

Minecraft launcher login

Hello.

I just migrated my Minecraft account to Microsoft. After I open up the launcher and click Microsoft Login, I enter my username and password. However, clicking "next" appears to do nothing. I've waited for around 10 minutes and the launcher is still loading.

Please let me know what is going wrong.
