Windows 10: I cant move Forza Horizon 4 to D drive and get this error code 0x80070002 and I also cant...

I am getting this error code whenever i try to set my new defualt location of apps or move a game like forza horizon 4 to my D drive

Forza Horizon 4 special error code: 0xc0000005

I have a issue with forza Horizon 4. I bought it at windows store. I have played it until 3 weeks ago. But 3 weeks ago the game is started crashing. I started game and game is opening without problem. But when ı am starting to driving car, game is crashing.
I tried lots of things like reinstall the game, uptade my all drivers. Later ı decided to look event viewer. I found Forza Horizon 4 error and looked a code. 0xc0000005 is written for speciale error code. But ı can't solve the issue. What can ı do? Pls help
me because ı cant play in any way.
