Windows 10: I can't open anything after update to win11

Discus and support I can't open anything after update to win11 in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; The system told me to upgrade to win11 and I did it, after it done I can't open anything.     I can't open anything after update to win11


    The system told me to upgrade to win11 and I did it, after it done I can't open anything. The network cannot connect but the icon appear that it is connected to wifi. I can't go to system, can't open cmd, can't open anything from System, can't rightclick, I can't restart or turn off too. But I still can open folder and application that I downloaded. And it has an error notification pop up call "ms-settings personalization" when I tried open display. Please help me!

    Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond I can't open anything after update to win11 :) Best regards.
