Windows 10: I can’t open ccc

I installed the drivers for the ati mobility radeon hd 4530 which is the one I haveon the amd website and when I try to open the ccc, I get something like « AMD Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using Catalyst Control Center »

Windows 10 is not working because CCC-UTIITY64 does not work.

As the issue is caused by the CCC-UTIITY64
Application I suggest you to uninstall the Program and check if the issue persists:

Follow the steps below to uninstall the program

• 
  Right click on
  start menu.
  
• 
  Select programs and features.
  
• 
  Under program and features select
  CCC-UTIITY64 which you installed.
  
• 
  Right click on
  CCC-UTIITY64 and click on
  uninstall.

Cannot open CCC

I used to have dual 5970's in my system, but sold them off and bought a couple 6970's. I had one 6970 in the system, then finished moving all the parts into my new case and added the second card. I wanted to make sure the crossfire connection was active, so I headed into the CCC to check it out. However, if I try to open it, the mouse cursor shows that the system is thinking about something, then nothing happens: it will not open. I've tried different ways to open it (right-click on desktop, start menu, etc) and nothing. I don't even get any application errors in the Windows event logs.

I have even uninstalled the previous drivers and installed a new package, which did nothing for me. Any suggestions?

 

CCC not loading

Reboot your computer and try to launch CCC.
Then go into the Event Views and click "applications".
Check to see if you get any warnings or errors that look like they may have something to do with CCC.

If all else fails, I would try reloading the drivers and CCC.
