Windows 10: I Can't open my asphalt 9 today , due to update ???

I have downloaded the latest version in Microsoft store today but could not get into the game successfully. I am using window 10. When I clicked start playing in Microsoft store and then the "Gameloft 20 years" with black colour background screen displayed. After a while, the screen disappeared. The game has been uninstalled and then installed again but in vain. Please advise how to get into the game. Thanks!

I cannot open the Asphalt 9 today (due to game update?)

Asphalt 9 crashes

I downloaded Asphalt 9 today on Windows 10 and the game crashes like after 5 seconds, it displays the gameloft logo and crashes. Please help how to fix it. Thanks.

 

asphalt 8 not opening

The Asphalt 8 game app doesn't depend on any other apps. Probably, the app is corrupted or not updated that's why it won't open. To get the best resolution for this, please answer the following questions:

• Have you checked if your phone has the latest OS build version? To check, just go to
  Settings > Update and security > Phone update > Check for updates.
• Are you getting an error message or code when opening the app?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
