Windows 10: i cant open my pc cuz my email was on my pc and need to change my in pc cuz the microsoft...

i i cant open my pc right now cuz my email was on my pc and my pc need to change my pin but i cant open my acc cuz i need to get the code but the email was in my computer and i cant open my email how can i open my pc ? But i can open here in my tablet but need to send the code to accesse everything. If remove the pc in my acc is mu pc will open or need a acc?

I am sorry to know that you are unable to boot the system up.

Let us try to fix it before you could go back to Windows 7.

It could be due to corrupt system files or missing updates or software changes.

Disconnect all the external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) drives, etc...) except Mouse and Keyboard and then boot up.

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• On a working PC, go to the
  Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10 installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer. (If you’re not seeing this screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your PC manufacturer's website for info on how to boot from media, and then try again.)
  
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. Select
  Advanced Options > Startup Repair.

change windows 10 pc name

We appreciate you getting back to us. To change the cmd name, we suggest that you follow this steps:

• Open a Command Prompt (Adimin) window: Win+X, A, Alt+Y
• Then run the following command to change your computer name to Donner: WMIC ComputerSystem where Name=COMPUTER-NAME call Rename Name=NewName
• Reboot your PC.
• Try to run ipconfig / all command, you should find that the Host Name in Windows IP Configuration list has been changed to the new name.
