Windows 10: I CANT **** OPEN MY WINDOWS SECURITY

i've been owning a new zenbook flip 15 and it got windows 10 pre-installed in it. when i try to configure windows security i realized it wont open,so i cant configure the antivirus,app control,etc. windows defender is still working tho,so i can configure my firewalls but other than that,im stuck

i've tried running it manually yet it show that "the package could not be registered" ,tried SFCwhich shown no problem,****?,tried reinstalling/resetting through PowerShell which results with error code because the "package could not be registered.


Except reinstalling my windows which is a BUMMER,what else can i do? install a patch or something?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
