Windows 10: I can't open task manager. I can't view the properties of files. I cant see any windows icons.

I am using the latest version of windows 11. I woke up today to find the default windows icons gone My task manager won't open too. I later found that I couldn't view the properties of files too. When I try to open TM or view properties nothing happens not even an error message. I've tried running all those CMD commands already none work. The only change I've made recently is turning off quick start. Please help.here are some pictures of my missing icons.

Try rebuilding the Windows icon cache:

• Close all explorer/folder windows that are currently open;
• Run/Open a new Console window as Administrator;
• Launch "Task Manager" using CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, or by running taskmgr.exe;
• In the Process tab, right-click on the explorer.exe process and select End Process.
• In the Command Prompt window, type the commands one by one and press ENTER after each command:
  Code: CD /d %userprofile%\AppData\Local ATTRIB -H IconCache.db DEL IconCache.db EXIT[/quote]
• Close the Console;
• In Task Manager, click File, select New Task (Run…), type explorer.exe, and click OK.
• Close the Task Manager;

 

Tozo T-12 Earbuds

Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. Please try each method below to troubleshoot the Bluetooth Tozo T-12 earbuds

1. Search "Bluetooth"

Select "Bluetooth and other devices settings"

from the list select your Bluetooth Tozo T-12 device

Click Remove device

Press Yes.

2. Search Device Manager

Open Device Manager

Click on "View"

Check "Show hidden devices"

Expand Bluetooth

Then right-click on your Bluetooth earbuds

Then uninstall All the drivers related to your Tozo T-12 earbuds

Restart your computer.

Then try to pair again your Bluetooth device.

3. Search Control Panel

Open Control Panel

Click View by: Large Icons

Select Devices and printers

from the list of devices

right-click on your Bluetooth speaker

then select properties

click service tab.

then put a check on all the features under the Bluetooth services.

click apply then ok.

 

GUI Issue - Windows 7

No GUI means no start menu and desktop icons? That usually means explorer.exe isn't running. Hit ctrl+alt+del, open the Task Manager, and see if explorer.exe is in the processes list. If not, go to File -> New Task and enter the following: C:\Windows\explorer.exe
