I can't open user profiles under system properties

I can't open user profiles under system properties (or system protection). It freezes forever and doesn't load. I'm using Windows 10 21H1 However Process Explorer says it's doing something. - - - Updated - - - The window took 40 minutes to load. So it does work after all. I'm deleting this question. This thread is solved.

Delete "Account Unknown" from "System Properties" - "User Profiles"?

Please (re)read my original post. Here is a screenshot of my "User Profiles" list to make it clearer:

I can't open user profiles under system properties [IMG]

The list can be accessed on the "Advanced" tab of "Advanced System Settings".
I prefer not to post a screenshot of my registry.

  4. I can't open user profiles under system properties

    Advanced User Profile Properties

Hi. I am using windows 10 home. (System properties/Advanced/User Profiles Settings) Question: Why is there a "?" in the "size" column of the user profiles page of advanced system properties? The user profile is a Microsoft account and the other local user
profiles have numbers in the size column. I used "contact support" to chat with a tech agent. The agent ended the chat as soon as I asked the question.
