Windows 10: I can't play any xbox multiplayer games

So i got halo mcc on steam a month or so ago and it played on my laptop fine but can't seem to get it to work on my pc same with forza horizon 4Everytime I launch the game it prompts me to log in, i do so and it never connects to the servers it needs to, I got fh4 because I wanted to play with my friendI downloaded fh4, but when i started the game it asked me to log in, I noticed i was getting steam achievements but not xbox achievementsI thought nothing of it and still played the game till where i could start going online, only when i reached that point it crapped out on me an said it couldn'

Xbox games with multiplayer

Yesterday, I bought a wonderful game called Ultimate Chicken Horse (For Xbox One) . At the same time, Xbox is having free multiplayer for everyone and everything.

So here's my question, are there games that you can play multiplayer without gold? Will I have to pay for gold to be able to continue playing this game online?

 

Cannot connect to multiplayer games being hosted by a computer.

Teredo is unable to qualify blocking multiplayer games

In setting under gaming, I can't setup Live multiplayer. I get Teredo is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games. Server connectivity BLOCKED.

I think I have checked all the fixes xbox suggests to be checked.
