Windows 10: i cant play even a old game like igi or cs 1.6 whayyyy

Discus and support i cant play even a old game like igi or cs 1.6 whayyyy in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; my problem is that when i plays a game on windows 7 it runs very smooth no issue 60+fps but then when i switched to windows 10 every single game lags...     my problem is that when i plays a game on windows 7 it runs very smooth no issue 60+fps but then when i switched to windows 10 every single game lags fps is just got burned 4 to 6 fps only even on count strike like games which is super low end i tried every single god dam thing clean install to uptodate driver and windows but nothing helped me why only this happing to me i cant even play a single game pls help me ; i want to play gamesssss ahhhhsorry for bad english

    This is my first time playing IGI on win 10, earlier I used to play on win 7 but IGI2 works fine on

    this device. I followed the steps to create a local user account unfortunately it didn't work.

    IGI-Keyboard

    When I open IGI and try to play IGI in my windows 10 laptop, the keyboard is not working although it works fine in other programs. Only the mouse is working inside IGI. I have tried to run IGI in WIndows 7 compatibility but the mouse works fine in it.
