Windows 10: I cant play Minecraft Multyplayer

Please somebody help me how to fix this

I play Minecraft PE on my phone and when I wanted to play on minecraft servers or add a friend it said "You can't play multyplayer because of how your account is set up. And then it said that I have to go to Redirection Toolsaccountsettings
but I still dont know how to change my account settings.

 

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup
