Windows 10: i cant play minecraft windows edition

I cant play Minecraft windows edition and when i go to the windows edition section it says edition is not compatible and I updated windows and uninstalled and reinstalled it e and it says open new launcher and when I click on that it says app cant open and the copy text thing takes me to a fix but it only works for the java edition of the game

Minecraft won't let me play full edition
