Windows 10: I can't play online multiplayer with my friend on overcooked 2 and human fall flat on Xbox...

These are actually 2 different issues, but I put them into one thread.
Issue 1:
Me and my friend got Xbox game pass to play overcooked 2 together and we cannot join each other. I looked up the issue and other people had this issue too, but the responses to those said that it was coming soon. Has it been added or can we really not play with each other even though it was advertised as so.

Issue 2:
My friend and I then played human fall flat and any time I tried to play online it said that "You need to sign in with an account with online privileges. " How do I make my account have online privileges.

Can't play online multiplayer on Minecraft Windows 10

When I try to accept a new realm membership from a friend on Minecraft Windows 10, it says I "cannot play online multiplayer through xbox live because of how my account is set up." So I went online and changed my settings to allow me to play online, went
back to minecraft, and got the same error. I have tried rebooting, refreshing and closing then reopening Minecraft.

Please help!

 

I can't play the multiplayer gamemodes and can't add my friends on Minecraft.

When I play Minecraft, I can't play on the servers/multiplayer place, it says go to to aka.ms/accountsettings. When I got there, I don't see anything and when I looked at the Xbox Ambassador's advice, It didn't work! Please help me play Minecraft multiplayer.

Also, I didn't know what category this goes to.
