Windows 10: i cant press Up arrow, left arrow and spacebar at the same time!, why!?

Please ANYONE!, Why cant i Press spacebar, left arrow and up arrow at the Same time!?, Can somebody Tell me!?, PLEASE!

• Are the arrow keys and spacebar key working fine other than online and steam games?
• Did you make any recent hardware/software changes prior to this issue?
• Do you face this issue in all online games and steam games?
• Have you checked if there are settings to change the controls in the game?

1. Yes for scrolling it works fine

2. Not that i am aware of

3. Yes all that use arrow keys and even WASD keys so not just limited to arrows

4. Yes and they are set to the right keys!

I'm Currently trying the troubleshooting now

Follow these steps:

Control + left arrow key is not working to skip a word at a time

I must have accidentally disabled "CNTRL + LEFT ARROW" - the hotkey combination to jump a whole word at a time. (CNTRL + RIGHT ARROW doesn't work as well, so I'm certain that there is not a problem with the keyboard. I actually tried another keyboard and
the problem still exists.

I checked out some other forums that suggested the READ ALOUD function must have been toggled accidentally, but I have tried CNTRL + spacebar to toggle that feature but it does nothing. I'm sure this is an easy fix but so far have not been able to find answers.

Ideas?
