Windows 10: I cant properly install WI-FI USB Card on Dell desktop with WIN 10

Hello.I've changed systm on old Dell desktop computer. This machine don't have WI-FI onboard, so we were using external USB card TP-link TL-WN722N.With Win 7 this device on same computer worked fine. After installation of Win 10, I cant install, or cunfigure this. Drivers are installed ofc for Win 10, but I can't connect becouse of communicate on print screen. It means more or less: Internet settings: Change settings as Creating a tariff connection. And nothing helps. Uninstalation, reinstallation, etc. In Device manager says, that device is installed, but in Troubleshooting says: "That may

slow wi-fi using internal dell network card

Asking for help in diagnosing and solving a problem with slow wi-fi speed.

Dell desktop running Windows 10. Spectrum internet.

Using wired connection to Spectrum router, getting almost 400 Mbps download speed.

Using wi-fi with Dell 1705 internal adapter getting less than 5 Mbps.

Other devices getting 80-100 over same wi-fi network.

Tried a USB adapter (Linksys USB6400M-RM2) and getting same symptoms. (download speed < 5Mbps) on both 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands. (Internal card only discovers the 2.4 band.)

I have tried eliminating all other devices from the wi-fi network, and I do not think there is interference from other devices since I get much better speeds with Windows 7 laptop and Chromebook over same network.

It appears that router is working as intended.

How to diagnose? Is my network card defective? Is there a setting in my desktop that is restricting the download speed using the internal card?

Any help appreciated.

the microsoft .NET FRamework seemed necessary to install the ax200 drivers. I personally saw that card in side the computer, and its not listed in the device manager...

Method 1: Run the Hardware and Device troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and sound”.
• Under Hardware and sound, click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.

Method 2: The issue may occur if the drivers for Wi-fi are not installed or updated. I suggest you to install/update the latest version for Wi-fi drivers by following the steps below.

• Press ‘windows key + R’ and type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and press Enter.
• Expand ‘Network adapter’ and right click on Wi-fi driver and select update.
