Windows 10: I can't re-activate my Windows 10 Pro digital copy after changing computers due to...

I've been using this genuine copy on this hard drive for a really long time and my last computer died so I reset my Windows 10 Pro copy as I was trying to fix my issues. I eventually had to replace the entire computer with this older Dell tower to get back connected. This is a second hand computer and I'm unable to re-activate my hard drive! Please help me figure this out. I'm on permanent DB so I don't have disposable income and I can't afford to pay for another activation when I've paid for this hard drive's activation once already and I'm still using the same copy I've always had.

The new install will need a key for install as the digital copy of Win10 came from where? as OEM version can't be transferred, retail copies can be removed from one system and installed on a new system. here is a link to activating Windows 10
